Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
Donations are normally non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions for charitable purposes.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate payment
Technical error during transaction
Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide:
Donor Name
Transaction ID
Date of transaction
Reason for refund

4. Refund Processing Timeline
Upon successful verification and approval, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
5. Refund Approval
Child Heart Trust Bangladesh reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after review and verification.
